Ventura and co is the company created by Jordi Ventura in order to think, design and create his projects with his different creative and talented collaborators. A family and friends company that seeks innovation in the creation of festivals and experiences for niche and alternatives communities that are on the forefront of trends that shape the future of our culture.
Jordi has also been the founder of the digital agency DIVE, Barcelona Surf Festival, Festival Organic and DIVE FEST, co-founder of Piknic Electronik Barcelona, Brunch Electronik Barcelona, Electrosnow Festival. He was an experience designer and social media consultant at the agency Sid Lee with clients including Adidas Originals, Cirque Du Soleil, Red Bull among many others and his diverse experience also includes working as a choreographer, performance artist, digital strategist, creative, creativity coach and most recently, a lifestyle experimenter.
The past three years he has dedicated his work to developing techniques that help people balance work and life, find inner peace and develop creativity in every area of their life. He adapts ancient practices to meet modern world needs and assists people in learning about control, letting go and getting the best out of everything in life, both professionally and personally.
Currently he is living with his family part time in the mountains south Barcelona and the rest of the year he is either living nomadically on the Atlantic coast with his van or traveling the world searching for beautiful waves to ride.
